PSAT practice sets
This page combines PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10, and PSAT/NMSQT preparation in one focused hub. It provides five short practice sets with 10 original questions each, covering Reading and Writing, Math, data analysis, problem solving, and digital test strategy.
Skills covered
- Reading and Writing — Information and Ideas, Craft and Structure, Standard English Conventions, and Expression of Ideas
- Math — algebra, advanced math, problem solving, data analysis, geometry, and trigonometry
- Evidence — passages, tables, graphs, cross-text connections, and cautious conclusions
- Digital test strategy — modules, Bluebook, calculator use, timed practice, error analysis, and targeted review
Current College Board materials describe the digital PSAT Suite as two sections: Reading and Writing and Math. Each section is divided into two timed modules. The tests are administered digitally through Bluebook, and current testing rules, timing, devices, calculators, and accommodations must be checked before test day.
How to use this page
Start with one untimed set to identify skills, then use timed sets to build pacing. Review every explanation, record the skill behind each missed answer, and solve a new original problem before moving on.
These questions are original supplemental practice. They are not official College Board questions, Bluebook content, a score calculator, a National Merit selection tool, or a substitute for current College Board rules and resources.
