Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, garden, school, park, bakery ve library gibi kelimeler; There is..., There are..., next to, near, opposite ve Go straight gibi kalıplarla birlikte çalışılır.
There is tekil, There are çoğul isimlerle kullanılır. In içeri, on bir yüzeyin üstü, under altı, next to ise yanı ifade eder. Where is...? konum, How can I get to...? ise yön sormak için kullanılır.
